Programs

Heartland International English School offers comprehensive English as a Second Language (ESL) programs for international learners. Heartland English programs are made to meet your learning needs – from beginner to advanced levels.

The Intensive English Program is a flexible ESL program focusing on improving your English ability.  The Semi-Intensive program is available for students who would like to study part-time.

• • Start any Monday and study any length of time (from one week to one year, or longer)

• • Classes Monday to Friday

• • Basic to advanced level instruction with a focus on all skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking

• • Students are placed in appropriate level based on the placement test on the first day of classes

• • For maximum student participation — Average 15 students per class. Maximum 25 students.

• • Weekly activities organized to allow students to use their English in a variety of real situations outside of the school

• • In-person students with a visitor or work authorization may study for up to six months.

• • On a student authorization, in-person students may study up to one year or longer.
